Missions
One of the most exciting aspects of the Christian life is caring for your neighbor. Jesus taught us that our neighbor is someone who has a need that we can meet (like the Good Samaritan). So, we believe we have neighbors not only in our community, but in our country and around the world. We typically have some sort of “mission” project going on in our local, national and global communities. The efforts may range from holiday food boxes to helping rebuild devastated homes to serving orphans of HIV/AIDS. Additionally, we are committed to preparing our church to be ready with an Emergency Response Plan should disaster strike nearby areas.
